Is Rosslyn Capel the final resting place of the Holy Grail as Dan Brown suggests in The Da Vinci Code.
Built in the 15th century by Earl William St. Clair of Rosslyn, the chapel has become one of secrets and legends. Niven Sinclair is a descendent of Earl William St. Clair and he adamantly believes that his Grandfather William went to America long before Columbus with the signs clearly carved into the stones of Rosslyn chapel itself. Niven also believes that Christ did not die on the cross, but survived with his wife, Mary Magdalene and in fact bore children. That this bloodline of Jesus that has flows through several high and mighty European families, including Niven’s own.
Rosslyn Chapel was originally dedicated to Saint Matthew and was founded upon St. Matthew’s Day, 21st September, 1446, and officially dedicated to that saint on the same day in 1450. Since September 21 marks the Autumnal Equinox, when the sun rises exactly due east of Rosslyn and was noted by the Earl.
Some believe that many of the Knights Templar escaped the suppression in 1307 France, hiding in Scotland. There they continued to send their message forward to more enlightened times by secretly incorporating both the astrological mythologies of a past they believed to be rooted in “fact” and the astronomical discoveries they knew would be found in the future.
The Templars are thought to have invented Tarot Cards but the secrets of the Templars would only be seen by passed by word of mouth to those that were enlightened enough to understand.
Perhaps Rosslyn holds the secrets to the Knights Templar.
Perhaps all this is true, I’m not sure but one thing is for sure it has incredibly high energy.
