Imagine that before we came into this life we were in heaven with many other people. We decided we were ‘going – in’ and reincarnating on earth. “You’re crazy” say all our friends “but we’re very proud of you, and we’ll be watching from the side lines, watching your back.

Although we may feel alone, we are never really alone. We have a whole team of spirits, passed over loved ones and angelic beings, watching over us, protecting us and guiding us.

In this section of my Blog we talk about how we can best connect with our guides, accept advice through intuition and ask for their help in our daily lives.
